Integrated air quality sensors are equipped with built-in laser digital particulate matter detection sensors, TVOC sensors, CO2 sensors and temperature and humidity sensors. They can be used to detect indoor and outdoor air particles, TVOC, CO2, temperature and humidity.

Integrated air quality sensors can monitor various gas indexes at the same time, and well integrate many sorts of gas detection into a small module. As we all know, suspended particles, volatile and semi-volatile organic compounds, carbon dioxide, ozone and other gases are common harmful gases around us. Although there are detection sensors corresponding to them on the market, if each device is deployed separately, it is not only costly, but also can not observe the overall effect intuitively, which is not conducive to the linked display and real-time alarm of the environmental monitoring system. All-in-one air quality detection modules can solve these problems well.

The sensor module has a built-in laser particle sensor, infrared non-spectral carbon dioxide sensor and TVOC sensor, which are used to obtain the concentration of particles, carbon dioxide and TVOC respectively. A variety of parameters will be uniformly output in the form of the digital interface. By optimizing the internal structure of the integrated air quality sensor, the path of the air inside the module can better be combined with the sampling interfaces of each sensor, reducing the size of the module and ensuring the sensitivity of these sensors.

The sensor module is suitable for smart homes, ventilation systems, fresh air exchange systems, environmental gas controllers and other equipment. If there is the abnormal air quality in a certain area of the monitored space, the sensor can realize real-time alarm and automatically work with fans, air conditioners, fresh air systems and air purifiers to accelerate air circulation and improve air quality, preventing users from staying in the space with harmful gases for a long time and assisting them in air quality control.
